Im on peanut butter sandwich

I love vacations and food and the long trips and the white sand beaches.
But when I got home, to my surprise my pants got too tight,I have trouble using them.
So I have decided to lose some fat belly and do a protein diet regimen and it starts today.
And I mean it.
Went for work early and bought I pack of sliced bread and 2 kilos bananas.
These will be my snack today and my lunch and dinner tonight.
I really mean it.

I so love this peanut butter brand.

So love the peanut butter scent and the smell of freshly baked bread.
I hope I can endure the menu for today.

But peanut butter has a lot calories, it can make you fat... Just one teaspoon is loaded already.
